1. Organizer Dashboard

Use the dashboard to share the links, review setup, launch the game.

Getting Here

You arrive at the Dashboard automatically after creating your game. You can also return to it anytime by using the link sent to your email or saved in your browser.

Sharing the Game Link

At the top of the Dashboard, you’ll see the game link that players use to join:

  • Copy button: Copies the link to your clipboard – paste it into messages, emails, or chats
  • More options menu (…): Click the three dots button for additional sharing options:
    • Share via App: Opens your device’s share menu to send via any app
    • Show QR Code: Displays a scannable QR code for the game link
    • Email Link: Opens your email app with the game link ready to send
    • SMS: Opens your messaging app with the game link
Tip: The QR code is perfect for displaying on a projector or printing handouts for events where players need to join quickly.
Tip: Share the link as early as possible! This allows players to join the lobby, read the game instructions and safety information, and watch the player tutorial video so they are fully prepared when you launch the game.

Information Sections

The Dashboard has expandable sections (accordions) with game information:

Tips for You

Helpful reminders about running your game, including:

  • When to launch
  • What to do during the game
  • How to handle issues

Game Map

A preview map showing all your checkpoints. Click on any checkpoint marker to see its details:

  • The reference photo
  • The instructions for that checkpoint
  • Its position in the order

Use this to remind yourself of what players will be looking for.

Game Info for Players

The instructions text that players will see. This is what you customized in the Guidance step.

Emergency Information

Read-only recap of emergency text. Review to be prepared to support players.

Time Limit Instructions

Read-only display of time limit message. Review to coordinate end-of-game actions.

Help Section

Links to tutorial videos and help resources. Watch the organizer tutorial video if you haven’t already!

Tip: To access Organizer Dashboard page during gameplay, press the logo in the top header.

Game Status

Located below the information sections, this red text indicates the current state of your game:

  • Not scheduled: Waiting for you to launch manually.
  • Scheduled: Shows the exact launch date and time.
  • In progress: Game is live and running.
  • Time limit reached: Game has ended.

Launching Your Game

When you’re ready to start:

  1. Click the “Launch” button
  2. A confirmation dialog appears
  3. Confirm to start the countdown
  4. Players see scheduled status and start time on screen
  5. A countdown begins (typically 10 minutes) to give players time to prepare
  6. Game launches automatically.
Scheduled Games: If you set a scheduled launch time, the game will start automatically. You can still manually launch earlier if needed.
Manual Launch: In case of manual launch, pre-inform players about the approximate schedule so they are ready to check their screens.

After Launching

Once the countdown completes and the game starts:

  • A “Manage Game” button appears
  • Click it to go to the game management page
  • You can monitor player progress and review check-ins there
