When to Wrap Up
Consider wrapping up when:
- All participants have finished
- The time limit has been reached
- You’re ready to show final results
- The event has concluded
Safety First: Before wrapping up, ensure all participants have returned back safe. After wrap-up, players will be redirected to the results page and will no longer have access to emergency information or final instructions from their game screen.
Important: Wrapping up is permanent. Once done, no more check-ins can be submitted or reviewed.
Before Wrapping Up
The wrap-up page shows validation checks to help you decide if you’re ready:
Check Types
Green (All Clear): Everything looks good. You can safely wrap up.
Yellow (Warning): Something to consider. You can still wrap up, but review the warning first.
What Happens When You Wrap Up
- All pending check-ins are auto-rejected – Review them first if you want to approve any
- Final scores are calculated – Game times plus penalties minus bonuses
- Statistics are generated – Rankings, averages, and completion data
- Everyone redirected to results – You and all players see the final results page
- Game status changes – Game is marked as complete

Tips
- Review all check-ins first: Auto-rejection can’t be undone
- Announce wrap-up: Especially important if wrapping up before the time limit – let players know you’re ending the game early
After the Game: Consider gathering feedback from players about their experience. It can help you improve future games!
